Dyson PNP (in partnership with TW Connect)
Dyson commissioned TW Connect to implement a means of precision based marketing to accelerate the purchase of their Airblade hand dryer.
We created a dynamic contact strategy that could be encoded into Connect’s PNP Enterprise ModuleTM. In brief the PNP would track and monitor prospects’ interactions, in real-time across multiple touch-points. The PNP would continually make inference on these interactions and then adapt any subsequent communication.Previous project Next project
